1) Students Passport size photos ( 2 recent photos)
2) Joint photographs of both parents.
3) ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE (Pre-Primary to Grade I).
4) Bonafide Certificate up to Grade 1.
5) Adhaar Card Photocopy (Father, Mother & Child)
6) Original Leaving Certificate/ Transfer Certificate from Grade II to VIII. (Compulsory document)
7) Report Card Photocopy.
8) Recent Address Proof Photocopy.
9) Caste Certificate (If applicable)
